With seating for up to 90, or 118 when combined with the main Bar, The Tavern is ideal for partial buyouts, corporate events, birthdays, and anniversaries. Tucked behind a sleek glass wall and framed by a custom wine mural, Le Box is Maverick’s most versatile private dining space. It’s ideal for everything from business dinners and presentations to intimate celebrations. This cool, contemporary room offers complete privacy with optional full-length curtains, along with its own dedicated entrance, private restrooms, and convenient access to valet or self-parking in our private lot. The space is also equipped with built-in AV capabilities, making it a rare find for meetings and events that require technology support.

Unlike typical hotel venues, Le Box delivers a unique setting that’s both stylish and comfortable. It blends professional functionality with the charm and character of Southtown, offering private dining at its finest for 40 to 70 guests.

Nestled next to our award-winning wine cellar, La Cave offers an intimate escape beneath a stunning French crystal chandelier. With seating for up to 16 guests at single or multiple tables, and an adjacent standing area for cocktails or wine receptions, it’s a natural fit for private toasts, cozy dinners, and one-of-a-kind evenings.

This space can accommodate up to 40 seated guests or 60 cocktail style, and it benefits from the same attentive service and customized offerings that define all Maverick events. Le Palm delivers a relaxed elegance that’s both refreshing and memorable for any type of private event.
