About Maverick Texas Brasserie
Maverick Texas Brasserie has been serving up wood-fired French-Texas cuisine, bold cocktails, and laid-back Southtown vibes since 2017. For over 8 years, we’ve been the neighborhood spot where locals and visitors alike gather to celebrate, unwind, or just grab a great meal in a space that feels both polished and personal.
We’re proud to call Southtown home, not just for the art-filled streets, bohemian energy, and local flair, but because it gives us the freedom to do things our own way. While the San Antonio River Walk offers energy and entertainment, the King William District is where real San Antonio happens. It’s hip, it’s honest, and it’s the perfect setting for a brasserie with a bit of a drawl.
At Maverick, we don’t believe in stuffy white tablecloths or complicated dining rules, at least not all the time. Instead, we bring big-city style at approachable prices with zero pretension.
